We love the collaborative process of creating a home unique to you and your animal family!

Here's what to expect once you've chosen Bay Area Coops:
- You message us your wish list (if seeking a custom home, see: Contact Us) or let us know which Limited Edition home you're ordering
- We request an on-site visit and/or detailed photos of your yard for specs, logistics and delivery/install quote
- We send you a detailed design rendering* of your custom home
- Once agreement is formalized, 50% payment is due upfront (cash, check, credit card or Venmo)
- We will now begin to build your animal home off-site
- We contact you to confirm a date to begin delivery/installation
- Remaining 50% payment is due upon completion
- Welcome home!
