Bay Area Coops - Terms & Conditions
  • We take pride in our work and will not hand over a poorly made or rushed product.
  • Once the minimum payment of 50% is received, your spot is secured and we will now get started! The remaining balance is due at or before the completion of the project. Any requested upgrades after the deposit is made will be added to the remaining balance.
  • Special order items, supply shortages and weather can all affect time frames.
  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours after the down payment is received. After 48 hours, the payment is non-refundable; custom animal homes are not returnable.
  • Our storage space is limited, so the delivery must be completed within 10 days of the date we contact you stating it's ready. After 10 days, there will be a storage fee of $50 per day added to the final payment- unless other arrangements have been made with us. If 30 days pass without a communicated alternate delivery date, we will consider it a client initiated cancellation and both the product and payment(s) will be forfeited.
  • Once the final payment is made, the client affirms the project has met the agreed plans/quality standards and Bay Area Coops is released from all liability.
  • Client privacy is very important to us and we will never include/sell personal information. Any photos taken are of our work and are intended for use in our portfolio, our website, our social media- or other business marketing.
  • It is the client's responsibility to know and understand any local ordinances on the specific animals they are housing. We are not responsible for any fees that may apply.
  • We retain the rights to all Bay Area Coops designs and renderings.
